Faster than a speeding bullet?

Working in partnership with Arena Magazine we were asked by Nissan to promote the launch of their 350z model.

With Nissan very proud of their Japanese heritage, we wanted to create something where our promotion of the 350z would sit seamlessly alongside – whilst also providing something useful to the Arena readers.

So we created a bespoke "Guide to Japan" – which celebrated Japanese culture and provided a snapshot of the many interesting things coming out of Japan at the time – one of which, was the Nissan 350z. The guide also acted as a key piece of marketing to help encourage tourists to visit this amazing country. Which is why each guide came wrapped in its very own 'airline bag tag'.

The concept of the Nissan feature within the guide was to imply that this new supercar was a masterpiece of Japanese engineering that was worthy of taking on the country's iconic Bullet Train.

With the owners of the Bullet train not as keen on this supercharged showdown, we had to adapt the concept and create our own imagery of the 350z against an actual bullet.

To accompany the main image story, we also captured a series of stunning detail shots that really showcased the cars many features.
